Customers from anywhere in the world may use our platform to purchase:

  • Merchandise

2.2. Global Access

Our services are available internationally. However, availability of certain services (e.g., physical merchandise shipping) may vary by country or region.

2.3. Order Confirmation

Orders are only confirmed once payment is fully received and a confirmation email or receipt is issued. MIA reserves the right to cancel any order for the following reasons:

5.1. Voting Credits

All payments made for voting credits are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of live voting competitions, submitted votes cannot be reversed or amended.

5.2. Tickets and Merchandise

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Event cancellation by MIA
  • Product defect (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt)
  • Duplicate or unauthorized transaction (reported within 24 hours)
